Metabolic Architects is built on clinical operating experience and agentic AI expertise developed through active use in our own clinical brands.

Launching a medical weight-loss or metabolic program has traditionally meant assembling a team, developing resources, building enrollment processes and carrying a growing administrative workload. Today, agentic AI can automate substantial parts of that repeatable work, reducing the manual coordination required to launch and run a program.

I created Metabolic Architects to help you put these capabilities to work under your own brand—with practical clinical resources, clear responsibilities and a program designed for sustainable profitability.

Experience from the work you do.

My background combines kinesiology, sales, program development and clinic operations. Since rebranding our business as Weight2Lose Medical Clinics in 2013, I have worked across recruitment, enrollment, staff training, scheduling, session tracking and billing.

Alongside our own clinics, I helped launch programs in primary care practices, family health teams, specialist offices and allied health settings. Each needed a different combination of services, people and processes.

I also learned the limits of doing everything personally. Work that depended on me being everywhere needed to become clear responsibilities, practical training and systems a team could use. That lesson shapes what we build today.

More than twelve years of clinical operating experience
  • 25,000+Patients cared for by our two flagship clinics, in person and virtually
  • 12+Other locations where I helped launch programs
  • 40+Physicians and allied health professionals recruited and trained in our workflows

Agentic AI, built around clinical operations.

We develop, use and refine AI systems in our own clinical and virtual operations, including Weight2Lose. They help us organize knowledge, support different roles and automate parts of our internal processes.

Agentic systems can work through connected steps in a workflow: finding approved information, preparing the next action and carrying out permitted tasks. Applied to inquiries, enrollment, follow-up and administration, they can reduce repetitive work and manual handoffs.

For a clinic owner, the opportunity is tangible: less infrastructure to build from scratch, fewer tasks to coordinate personally and more capacity to support patients. We identify what can be automated, what needs human review and how it fits your existing operation. Qualified clinicians retain responsibility for clinical decisions and care.

A defined place to start.

You may be launching a new service, improving an existing program or solving one persistent operational problem. We can start with one system or a broader deployment, adapting the work to your team and setting.

I lead the implementation work. Together, we agree on the systems, responsibilities and support your clinic needs, with a clear proposal before you commit.

What would you like to build or improve?

Tell us about your clinic, your current setup and your first priority. You do not need to know which system to choose. Submit the inquiry form so we can explore whether we are a fit and identify a sensible place to start.
